Take a Kadhai add Amchur Powder 1 Spoon,Garam Masala 1/2 Spoon, Sesame Seeds 1 Spoon, Coriander Seeds 1 Spoon, Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon, Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon, fennel Seeds 1 Spoon,Dry Red Chilli 1 Spoon,Dry Coconut 50 gm,Bay leaves-2, Cardamom 2, Cinnamon 1, Large Cardamom 1 mix well all ingredients together and Dry Roast for 2 min then put into the blender with salt 1 Spoon and Sugar 2 Spoon and make a Dabeli Masalas..

  2. Fried Peanut Masala: Take a kadhai add 1 Spoon Cooking Oil then add 100 gm Roast Peanut,Salt Chat Masala,Red Chilli Powder mix well your Roasted Peanut Masala is Ready keep aside..

  3. Green Chutney: Take a Jar add Green fresh Coriander,Green Chilli,Salt to taste, lemon juice half Cup, Coconut Powder,Ginger, Garlic mix well and Grind it and make a smooth paste Your Green Chutney is Ready..

  4. Tamarind Chutney: Take a kadhai add 1 Spoon Oil,add Cumin Seeds,Dry Red Chilli 1, heat for 2 min then add 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp,1 Cup Jaggery Salt a pinch Some amount of water and Boil for 5 to 7 min your Tamarind Chutney is Ready..

  5. Potato Dabeli Masalas filling: Take Dabeli Masalas add half Cup Water into it.Afterwards Take a Kadhai add 2 Spoon Oil then add 1 Cup Dabeli Masala mix well and heat for 5 min..

  6. Now add half kg Boiled Potatoes and mix well with 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp add Salt if required mix well and fry for 5 to 7 min your Potato Dabeli Masalas filling is Ready..

  7. Spread the masala into a thali, Sprinkle over Dessicated Coconut 2 Spoon full, Promgranate 1 or 2, Coriander leaves, Namkeen Mixture and keep aside.

  8. Now take a Bun or Paav Roti apply one side Tamarind Chutney another side Green Chutney fill the Potato Masala filling inside with 1 Spoon Chopped Onion,Now heat the Pan or Tawa Keep the Bun over it apply butter and fry both side for 5-7 min..
