Now in the same pan add Bay leaf, chopped onions till its little soft add chopped tomatoes and cook it. Add a pinch of hing, ginger garlic paste, haldi powder and fry it. Add here the soak prepared masala paste (grind it to make a fine paste). Now mix it properly and cook. When the masala get fried and add water, salt and fried Aloo to it and cover the lid and cook it for 10 mins in a low flame. Now add Garam masala powder and garnish it with dhania leaves and turn off the gas..

Now heat a kadhai add there oil and prepare luchi (like we prepare our normal poori). Turn off the gas and serve it with Aloo Dum..
