Sauté for another 5 min then add tomato & sauté for 3 min. Add all the powders. Cover up & cook for another 10 min. Then add the sauces, salt & sugar according to taste.

  2. Then take an iron dosa tawa put on medium flame.. let it get hot.. after that add 1 teaspoon oil then crack two eggs & then beat using a ladle. Then add the gravy you prepared, then beat it accordingly. after 3 min add sliced parotta, then beat accordingly all the masala need to be coated on Parotta. Then sprinkle some coriander leaves & squeeze one lemon juice..

  3. Serve hot with onion cucumber raita..
