In a large bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, biryani masala, fresh coriander, mint, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes, salt, dried plums and marinate for 2 hrs.

Now take a vessel and heat oil and fry onions till golden brown and take out in a plate to use in layers..

Now in the same oil add marinated chicken and cook till chicken become soft than Add potatoes into chicken mixture till done as well. Close the flame when oil seperated from masala..

Take an other big vessel and add half of the rice than layer chicken masala, sprinkle fried onions on top than again cover with 2nd layer of rice. Add some zafrani food colour on top of rice. Cover the lid tightly and cook for 15_20 minutes on simmer..
