  1. Wash the chicken fillets & pat dry with a kitchen towel. chop the chicken fillets into small cubes. marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce,pinch of salt & 2 tsp black pepper powder. let it marinate for 15-20 minutes..

  2. Heat oil in a wok. add grated ginger & chopped garlic. cook for few seconds. add the chopped onion & cook for few minutes until translucent. add the marinated chicken & cook for few minutes. cook until chicken is tender..

  3. Add the chopped carrots,spring onions,capsicum. mix well. finally add the remaining sauces, salt & pepper. cook until water is evaporated & mixture is semi dry. turn off the heat & let the mixture cool down..

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and water. microwave for 1 minute. it should be sticky paste (This is for sealing the rolls). remove the wrapper carefully from the packet. place it on a dry surface..

  5. Apply the sticky paste on all the edges. place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. roll up tightly. repeat the same process for remaining mixture & wrappers..

  6. Grease a baking tray & place the prepared rolls carefully in the greased tray. brush little oil on the upper side of the rolls. bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until light golden on top..

  7. Serve hot with sweet chilli dip.
