Continuosly storring spoon add half cup water also when bubbles appear on surface.

At this stage add water 4 cups and cover lid for 30 min.

Your flame should be med.

Now after 30 min check if meat gwt 75% done dry water amd bhonify it.

In a mean while cut lauki in cubes.

Then add lauki in bhune salan.

Mix in salan.

Then add water till ur desirw gravu.

Cover lod and cook in low flame again 15 min.

Now ur shorba is ready pour it in a bowl add garqm masala powder garnish it woth chillies and vorriqnder.
