Persona Curry instructions

  1. Chop and prep all your vegetables..

  6. Simmer on a lower heat to reduce the gravy to a desired level. If you feel there needs to be more body or some salt just add soy sauce or oyster sauce to taste..

  7. Serve with fluffy white rice..
