Now add tamarind pulp to the pan with adding water and stir,add the fried chilli and dry roasted masala mix well, add one cup water mix it well keep the cover closed for fifteen minutes after a little interval remove the cover and stir, then remove the cover add curry pata (leaves) and finely chopped coriander leaves. give it a good mix.

  7. Now mirch ka salan is ready.
