Prepare 200 gm of Paneer (cut into pieces).

You need 1/4 cup of Matar (peas).

You need 2 medium of tomato puree.

You need 1 medium of Chopped onion.

Prepare 1-2 tbs of Greated Ginger-garlic.

You need 1/4cup of Thick Chillies (Mirch) (into small pieces).

Matar Paneer Mirchi Salan instructions

Deep fry the Paneer pieces into hot oil and then keep in normal water… otherwise Paneer pieces will be hard.

Make a paste of Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, kitchen king Masala, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder with the help of water…keep a side.

Take 1/4 cup of oil in a kadhai and add Mustard seeds & Crushed Whole spices….stir for 1 minute.

Now add spices paste and then add Peas… cover the kadhai and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame……

Now add Cashew powder, decicated Coconut and mirch pieces…cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Now add yogurt and tomato puree… Stir continue for 5 minutes on low-medium flame….

Now add some water and salt…. simmer for 5 minutes on low flame…add Paneer and again simmer for 2 minutes…. garnish with Chopped Coriander and beaten yogurt…. Serve with chapaati or naan or poori.
