How to Prepare Tasty Spring roll Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Spring roll. Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or dim sum found in East Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cuisine. Spring rolls are popular traditional Chinese snacks. Back in the days, people eat spring rolls on the Li Chun Day, which is at the beginning of spring.

Spring rolls are my absolute favorite Vietnamese food.

Apparently, people have different versions of the dipping sauce.

In our family (and yes, we're Vietnamese), we make a peanut-hoisin dipping sauce.

You can have Spring roll using 19 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Spring roll

  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.

  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  3. It’s 1 cup of Boiled Chicken (Shredded).

  4. It’s 1 tbsp of Black Pepper.

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of White Pepper.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of Sugar.

  7. You need of Salt as your taste.

  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of Vinegar.

  9. You need 2 tbsp of Red chilli Sauce.

  10. It’s 2 tbsp of Black Soy Sauce.

  11. It’s 1 cup of Spring Onion (Green Part).

  12. Prepare of Capsicum 1 (Shredded).

  13. It’s of Carrots 1 large (Shredded).

  14. You need of Cabbage 2 cup (Shredded).

  15. You need 2 tbsp of Chicken Powder.

  16. You need 2 cups of Boiled Noodles.

  17. You need 1 packet of Manda Patti (Roll).

  18. It’s of Flour 1 tbsp. (Dissolve in water).

  19. It’s of Oil for Frying.

Spring Rolls are the vegetarian super light, crispy and tender vegetarian appetizer cousin of the traditional egg roll.

Spring roll instructions

  1. Take a pot add oil, ginger garlic paste, fry it. Then add Boiled Chicken, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Red chilli Sauce, Black Soy Sauce, Cabbage, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Carrots..

  2. Mix well & cook it 2-3 mins at high flame. Then add chicken powder, noodle, fry it 3-4 mins. Spring roll filling is ready. Keep aside to cool down at room temperature..

  3. Place Madda pati on dry place. Place filling on one coner of manda patti. Apply flour paste on corner. Fold over the corner. Roll tight. Fold over left side. Leave no space or air pockets. Fold over the other side. Place them aside down.

  4. Carefully place spring rolls in the oil (about 4 - 5 at a time) and cook, turning occasionally, until deep golden - around 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towel to drain..

  5. Repeat with remaining spring rolls. Serve while hot with Sweet and Sour Sauce!.
