Curry Pakora instructions

  1. Take one kg yoghurt.

  2. Now add yoghurt, besan in blender.

  3. Add salt and mix masala.

  4. Add 1 glass water, blend the mixture untill everthing is mixed completely.

  5. Now pour this mixture in a large pot, add 1 litr of water and mix completely, cook it on high flame untill it boil and bubbles comes out, keep strring while cooking..

  6. Now take a pan, heat oil, add g.g paste, onions and fry it until tender, now add tomatoes and cook it untill it gets soft. Add water if required add little spices.

  7. Now pour masala paste in yoghurt mixture and cook on low flame untill thickens.

  8. Heat oil in a same pan, in which bhi prepare masala mixture, add red chilli powder and garam masala and cook for 1 minute..
