  1. Prepare Half of kg karely (bitter gourd).

  2. You need 2 of large sized potatoes.

  3. You need 1 of large onion.

  4. You need 1 of large tomato.

  5. It’s 1 of ts garlic and ginger paste.

  6. It’s to taste of Salt.

  7. Prepare 1 of ts Mix salan masala.

  8. You need of oil for frying.

All you need is to just boil the potatoes and temper them with spices and within few minutes your batata bhaji is ready to be.

Karely Aur Aloo Ki bujiaaa 🍛 instructions

  1. Wash, peel and Cutt bitter gourd, mix 3-4 ts salt and set aside for over night or 2 hours.

  2. Then squeeze the salt water tightly and again wash with water 2-3 times..

  3. Set aside.

  4. Now cutt vegetables in small pieces.

  5. Heat oil in pan, deep fry potatoes chunks, when done half, set aside.

  6. Now in 3-4 ts oil fry bitter gourd for 6-7 minutes, when done set aside.

  7. Now in same oil, add garlic and ginger paste, fry for 2 minutes, then add onions and fry untill tender.

  8. Then add tomato puree or Tomato chunks and cook it untill done.

  9. Add spices and cook for 5 more mints.

  10. Add water if required.

  11. Now add potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  12. Then add fried bitter gourd and cook untill done completely.

  13. Turn off the flame,.

  14. And serve.

The recipe is so simple yet known for its delicate flavors.

You won't need to add many spices in this recipe.
