Bhaji Curry instructions

  1. Boil all the vegetables together in a pressure cooker (potatoes, capsicum, carrots, beans).

  2. Give it a whisltle..

  3. Now take a kadai and add butter to it..

  4. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle..

  5. Now add sliced onions to it..

  6. Fry it until it turns golden brown..

  7. Add ginger garlic paste..

  8. Add green chillies to it..

  9. Saute it for 1 minute..

  10. Now add tomato puree to it..

  11. Cook it for 3-4 minutes..

  12. Add salt as per your taste and mix it well..

  13. Now add all the boiled vegetables to it..

  14. Add bhaji masala,cumin masala to it..

  15. Mix it well..

  16. You can add water to adjust the consistency of the bhaji..

  17. Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes again..

  18. Bhaji is ready..

  19. Garnish it with coriander leaves..

  20. Serve it hot with the bread.
