  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add all the ingredients along with finely chopped spring onion and coriander and mix well. Let it cool.

  2. Mix the milk and water and make it lukewarm. Mix both the flour in a bowl, add salt and ghee and crumble it with your hands with the flour. Now add the milky water mixture slowly and knead the dough. Dough should be soft. Add a grease of oil once done and leave it for rest for 20 minutes.
