Heidi's Omelette Egg and Ham Cups. Ingredients :- *Whole Eggs *Boiled Eggs *Tomatoes *Onions *Garlic , Ginger & Green Turmeric Paste *Green Chilli Paste *Kashmiri Mirch *Turmeric power. These egg cups are loaded with vegetables and made in a muffin tin for perfect individually-sized servings. Place a slice of ham in each cup, folding as needed to fit into the bottom.

Place the ham, spinach and cheese over half the omelette, then fold over the other side to enclose.

  6. It’s 5 of button mushrooms, diced.

  7. You need 1 of portion frozen spinach, thawed.

  8. Prepare 1 of handful tasty cheese, grated.

  9. It’s 1 of liberal dash of cinnamon powder.

  10. It’s of sea or himilayan salt and ground pepper.

This is my basic technique for diner-style omelettes with large, tender, browned curds and plenty of space for fillings.

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, apart from the ham.

  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin and line with two pieces of Ham per hole. Note, I buy the Ham packs from Aldi as theyre economical and the perfect size.

  3. With a spoon, pour the mixture into each Ham cup, approximately 3/4 of the way up.

  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, until golden and puffy and enjoy.

This recipe uses the WW Omelette Maker and Egg Poacher cup insert.

Place your favorite omelette fillings in each muffin tin on top of the tater tots.

Pour egg mixture into each muffin tin.

I made these Ham and Hotdog Omelette with Cheese using egg rings as molds.
