  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Cook Penne according to package directions.

  3. Brown sausage, onion and garlic.

  4. Add mushrooms, saute 3 minutes.

  5. Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes.

  6. Simmer 8 minutes stirring occasionally.

  7. Combine sausage, pasta, spinach, mozzarella and 1/2 of parm/romano.

  8. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

  9. Sprinkle remaining parm/romano on top.

  10. Bake 15 minutes.
