  5. Heat pan with butter add 1tsp chopped garlic and saute for few second on low flame. Then add chopped onion,green chillies and saute it until it become light golden brown. Now add chopped mushroom stalks and grated paneer and saute on a medium flame. Saute till the mushroom mixture is dried..

  6. Now add salt black pepper powder oregano chili flakes chopped coriander leaves and mix it well and switch off the flame.cool it down..

  7. Add grated processed cheese with the stuffing mixture and mix it well..

  8. Now with a small spoon put the stuffing in each mushroom cap. Top up with some grated Mozzarella cheese..

  9. Heat a pan with butter and place the mushroom caps and close the lid of the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on medium to low flame..

  10. Stuffed Mushrooms are ready to be served hot with sprinkle some green spring onions and any dip.
