  1. Boil and mash the potatoes and keep it aside.

  2. In a pan pour the oil and then add the chopped onions,chopped ginger,chopped green chili and curry leaves.

  5. Now add the mashed potatoes and mix well.

  7. Once the mixture is cool add the bread crumbs and combine well.

  8. Make small balls out of the mixture and form a shape..say oval or round.

  9. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.

  10. Lightly grease a baking tray with some oil (I Used the non-stick oil spray).

  11. Now beat one egg in a bowl.

  12. Take each of the fish cake and dip it in egg and place in the baking tray..

  13. Bake for around 20 minutes.

  14. Serve with tomato ketchup.
