You need 100 gm of arrowroot flour(tapkir flour)arrow.

Dust the aloo vada lightly in the dry arrowroot powder or cornflour.
Preheat a Kuzhi Paniyaram pan, and add a few drops of oil in each cavity.
Serve the Nariyal Ki Kachori (Farali Aloo Vada) along with Coconut Chutney or Green Chutney for Navratri festival or any other special occasion in the family.

First of all take boil patatoes and mashed it,then add arrowroot flour,red chilli powder,salt,ginger chilli paste,curd in it..

Mix it well,then make a medium consistency dough.now make vadas out of it.and also make cut in middle of the vada thus vada become crispy..

Now deep fry all the vadas on medium flame. And they are ready to serve with tomato sauce and green chutney..
