Ingredients of Raw Banana Pakoda

  1. You need 1 of raw banana (boiled).

  2. You need 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes.

  3. It’s 1 of onion (chopped).

  4. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilly powder.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.

  7. Prepare 1 tsp of green chilly, ginger and garlic paste.

  9. You need to taste of Salt.

  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil for frying.

  1. In a bowl combine mashed banana. mashed potato,turmeric powder, red chilly powder, 1 tsp green chilly, ginger and garlic paste,1/2 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste and little hot…oil. Mix………….well and knead a smooth dough. Keep aside for 3 minutes. From the mixture. Take a small ball and make a kofta size shape. Once it is done. Keep aside. Now koftas are ready for shallow frying.

  2. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Shallow fry the koftas till it light brown in colour both the sides.

  3. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with coriander leaves. Immediately serve………..hot………….. banana koftas with any chutney.
