Khasta kachori recipe - it is deep-fried, a puffed pastry stuffed with spicy moong dal stuffing.

Steam raw banana by three whistle.

Assemble all masala and heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,once splutter add besan roast it till sweet aroma start coming.

Now add all masala and mashed raw banana and mix it well and cook at slow flame for few minutes,once done keep the stuffing aside to let it cool.

Now for dough in a bowl add maida, salt,oil,ajwain and make a soft fought with water,dough should be real soft and stretchable,keep it aside for thirty minutes.

Now divide dough into equal parts and spread each with hand and put banana stuffing in each and make a peda,sprinkle maida on both sides of each peda and keep it for resting at least ten minutes,this resting will prevent bursting of kachori in oil.

Now after ten minutes spread each peda with hands like puri and deep fry it at sim flame for at least 20 minutes or till golden colour.

Keep flame sloee With throughout,it will make kachori crispy.
