Couple of weeks ago, my partner went to an asian store and bought raw bananas, and excited he was that he has got something new.

You can have Banana Cutlets using 14 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Banana Cutlets

  1. It’s 3 of raw bananas, peeled.

  2. It’s 2 of medium potatoes, peeled.

  3. Prepare 1 of medium onion, finely chopped.

  4. You need 1 tsp of ginger, grated.

  5. It’s 1 tsp of green chilli, chopped.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin and coriander powder.

  7. You need 3 of pieces, bread.

  8. You need 1/2 tsp of carom (ajwain) seeds.

  9. It’s 1/3 tsp of garam masala.

  10. You need 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes.

  11. Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi, crushed.

  12. Prepare 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder.

  13. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

  14. It’s as required of Oil for shallow fry.

Raw Banana Cutlets can be had on fasts as a fruit diet.

If you do not want to eat it as a fruit diet then instead of Sendha salt, plain salt and in place of Singhada or Kattu flour corn starch or gram flour can.
