  4. Now take out the boiled banana slices and potato, smash together. Add corn flower, maida, chopped onion, green chilli, salt and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder. Mix well. Take a small portion and deep fry in oil. Continue for the remaining mixture. Keep aside..

  5. Now keep on low flame for hardly 1 minute, else koftas will be broken. Now switch off thr flame, add ghee. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves..
