Wash your meat and boil for about 20mins till soft, add cooking oil let meat fry till golden brown…..add onion fry for 2mins……

Wash your bananas and potatoes then mix to the meat stir let them fry together for about 3mins then add chopped tomatoes, salt, paprika stir…and add like 2cups of water to help bananas to cook well….when its ready sprinkle your coriander and let it simmer with the steam while the heat is off…..now serve while hot!!.
