Fry beef for 4 minutes then set aside.

Clean rice and drain water.

Add onions and cooking oil in a pan.

Cokk till golden brown.

Add the blended ginger and garlic then cook well.

Add the masala and close to cook with steam..alittle water maybe required to avoid the burning of the ingredients.

Add tomatoes and cook till ready.

Pour the beef in and add measured water according to the rice in question.

When water boils add rice and salt then close and reduce heat so it doesnt burn.

When ready serve when cool..
