  1. Heat sufuria, add vegetable oil. When hot add your two onions. Cook them until translucent.

  4. Add salt to taste as you stir continuously.

  5. Add your pre washed rice. Stir for like 40secs then add hot water.

  6. Cover and cook for like 10 mins.

  7. Reduce heat to simmer or until the water is drained and pilau cooked.

  8. Enjoy your pilau with a stew of your choice.
