Denise's Apple Pancake. You would never guess just how. A baking and dessert recipe blog. There's nothing like a fresh stack of pancakes on a weekend morning, and these may just be our new favorite.

Apple Pancakes are a great finger food for baby-led weaning, toddlers or for adding to a lunchbox.

Light, fluffy pancakes filled with grated apple and the perfect hint of cinnamon.

Preheat a griddle or frying pan to medium heat.

  1. It’s 4 of Large Apples.

  2. Prepare 4 tablespoon of Butter (sauté).

  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Butter (melted).

  4. It’s 1/2 cup of Flour.

  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of Milk.

  6. It’s 3 of Eggs.

  7. It’s 1/2 cup of Sugar.

  8. It’s 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon.

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees..

  3. Sauté apples in 4 tablespoons of butter until soft in 10.5” iron skillet (or transfer to oven proof dish if you dont have an iron skillet)..

  4. Mix flour, milk, and eggs. Pour over apples and bake in oven until puffy and golden. About 10 minutes..

  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl..

  6. Melt 1/2 cup of butter and pour over puffed pancake. Then you sugar mixture over pancake evenly. (WARNING: butter may splatter when poured and can cause smoke or even grease fire)..

  7. Return to oven and back until sugar is melted..

As I mentioned above, these are going to need a little more oomph than the original recipe.

These paleo apple cinnamon pancakes are autumn's most scrumptious breakfast treat.

They're light, fluffy, and filled with apple sauce and fresh cinnamon.
