This Nutella Crepe Cake is such a fun and unusual dessert and is a nice twist on the traditional slice of cake!

Its layer upon layer of soft crepes and rich Nutella whipped cream!

The only thing better than a chocolate crepe is this amazingly delicious gluten-free nutella indulgence: nutella crepe cake!

  1. Prepare 1 cup of flour.

  2. Prepare 2 of eggs.

  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.

  4. You need 1/2 cup of water.

  6. You need 2 Tbsp. of melted butter.

  7. You need 2 of large strawberries.

  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of white granulated sugar.

Nutella Crepe "Cake" step by step

  1. Whisk together flour and eggs..

  2. Gradually add milk and water, whisking continuously..

  3. Add butter and salt, and beat until smooth..

  4. Lightly oil a small-medium frying pan and met at medium-high heat..

  5. Scoop batter onto pan, 1/4 cup per crepe, tilting pan in a circular motion to coat the pan evenly..

  6. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side, until light brown..

  7. Before moving onto the next crepe, spread Nutella on top and set on plate..

  8. Repeat until batter is gone, leaving Nutella off of top crepe..

  9. Chop strawberries and transfer to small bowl..

  10. Add white sugar and stir to coat..

  11. Garnish crepes with strawberry and powdered sugar..

  12. Enjoy!.

  13. Optional: Warm for a few minutes in low-temp oven or refrigerate for a cold dessert..
