Behari Boti instructions

1. Marinate beef chunks with raw papaya paste for 1 hour.

2. Put oil in pan and add onion and saute it till colour changes to pink then add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

3. Add beef chunks and cook till colour changes.

4. Then add behari kabab masla in it and yogurt and cook till oil separate.

5. Add hot boil water for tenderizing meat.

6. Then after meat tender place coal in it and sprinkle oil over it so it can release aroma in it.
