  9. Pour your batter in the greased tin( you can devide your batter into 2equal half n bake on two.

  10. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 mins depending with the oven..

  11. Baking time will depend if using one tin it will take longer like 40-50 mins.. Check with a skewer if it comes out dry u good to go….

  12. Let it cool in a wire rack before frosting..

  13. FROSTING:- 300 ml heavy whipping cream,50g sugar..

  14. Beat the whipping cream with sugar until it holds stiff peak..

  15. Prepare your cake board n put a scoop of the whipping cream in the board to hold your cake..

  16. Cut your cake into two equal halves put a bit of frosting on top of the one half cake n spread with a pallet knife u can sprinkle then place the other half on top n cover with frosting or pipe in the desired pattern. U can coat with white chocolate cake crumbs.U can strawberries or cherries.
