Wash and take boneless Mutton in a pressure cooker add ginger garlic paste. turmeric,garam masala powder, chopped onion salt and soaked chanadal. (Chana dal should soak for 2 hours).

Add black pepper powder and oil and saute for 2 minutes. After that add 2 cup water and close the lid and cook upto 5 whistle in pressure cooker. Once pressure cools down check it if any moisture is there turn on gas and heat it. Once done turn off gas and cool it in normal temperature. take mutton stuff in a mixer jar and grind it to coarse paste..

Now transfer this mixture into a bowl and make small round flatten Pattis. Keep tawa for heating. Now arrange all the kabab into the tawa and shallow fry brushing oil to kabab till it turns both sides golden brown.
