  1. Roughly cut palak and wash properly put in cooker with green chilli salt & soaked chana dal.

  2. After 5 whistle off the flame remove the lid & leave for cool as room temperature.

  3. Prepare kofta material grate radish & sqeezed water also grate boiled potato & paneer.

  4. Green chilli & ginger piece make small bolls dip in cornflour ghol & fry it.

  5. Mashed boil sag in mixer put it in a side now garlic & tomato grind well.

  6. Fry the material in ghee 3 or 4 min when masala left oil add mashed palak cook proper on low flame.

  7. If required add some water at last sprinkle garammasala & some quantiti of malai.

  8. Kofta drop at last until they mix into it.
