  1. For sprout - in a cooker take 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds. When seeds starts crackle add green chilles,turmeric powder,virender powder,dry ano powder and salt. Then add sprout,add little water.Cook it until 1 whistle comes. Sprouts are ready..

  2. For grilled paneer - in a bowl,take paneer cubes,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, dry mango powder,roasted chana powder,lemon juice,salt and 2tsp oil. Mix all ingredients well..

  3. Now in a nonstick pan take 2 tsp oil,add paneer cubes and cook from both sides. Grilled paneer is ready..
