Wash and soak moong dal for 4 hours..

Drain water and grind to form fine paste in mixer. Add salt and mix well..

Finely chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Crumble paneer and mix chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves & salt and red chilli powder, mix well..

Now take tava, switch on gas stove and heat it. Put one ladle full dal mixture on it and spread it into thin circle..

Apply oil on it and cook for a minute or two, now flip it & apply oil and cook opposite side too..

Now put paneer mixture on it and fold it from both side and serve hot with chutney..
