Now by adding curd crush in mixie to make fine paste.now keep it at warm place for fermentation for 8-9 hours.dosa bater is ready.now add salt and mix well..

For making masala take a pan and add oil to it.when oil heats add Jeera followed by asafoetida and curry leaves..

Now add tomato and onion one by one and soute well.after onion became transuelant add turmeric,salt,chilli powder, coriander powder,sambhar masala and mix well. Now add black pepper powder. At last add coriander and mix..

For making sambhar take a pan and add oil.then add jeera, asafoetida,Curry leaves,chhoped tomato,onion and give it mix..

Now add boiled dal in it and other masalas to it..

Now add Sambhar masala,salt and water if needed.boil sambhar till 5-6 minutes..

Take Paneer and cut into thin wedges.now fry it in oil till Golden in colour..

Now take a bowl and add all type of cheeses given.then add milk,butter and heat it and mix in a water bath to melt cheese.(dont heat direct on flame as cheese may lost its taste and consistancy).cheese sauce is ready..

Now heat dosa tawa and Pour batter on it.now spread batter and put masala on it.now grate some cheese on dosa and cut..

Now roll up that cut dosa and keep them in serving plate..
