  4. Make all chillas using the same method. Once the chills are done keep them aside & make the stuffing. Heat up oil & add chopped onion & saute. Then add the diced veggies & saute. Add salt & let them cook for a while by covering the pan. After few minutes add cumin-coriander powder & cover it up again..

  5. Once the veggies are done add paneer/cottage cheese to the the pan & mix everything for a minute or two. finally add chopped corriandar leaves & switch off the flame..

  6. Now make the rolls by applying 1 teaspoon green chutney on the chilla & spread it all over to the chilla. Then place 1 tablespoon of prepared vegetable mix on the top & roll the chilla. Make all the chilla rolls following the same process..

  7. Serve it with green chutney & enjoy..
