  1. For dosa batter grind all the ingredients like Moong dal, salt, garlic, chilli into a fine paste and keep aside.

  2. For filling put oil in a pan then put onion garlic and saute for 1 minute then put green chilli,tomato and saute for a minute.

  3. When tomatoes become soft then put tomato puree, all masalas,salt and saute until oil seperates.

  4. Then put paneer cubes and saute for a minute..switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

  5. For jaali dosa put the thick batter in a squeezy bottle then in a pan put some oil then make jaali shape dosa from that bottle and cook until it turn golden.

  6. Now in a plate put jaali dosa then put some filling and serve with any chutney or sauce.
