  3. Now add hing, green elaichi and salt and wait for a one whistle. Switch off the heat and let the pressure sattel down..

  4. Transfer it to nonstick pan and add 3 cup of water and cook it on a very low flame for atleast 45 minutes. After 40 minutes of cooking add desi ghee in it and again cook it for 5 minutes.dal is ready..

  5. Now transfer it into a bowl.Add butter crushed paneer roasted jeera crushed chilli ginger kala namak lemon juice and garnish it with green chutney..
