After that take a tawa in gas andput the handi,put the ghee inside of the handi and hot it..

Then melted ghee and add oil in it then add chicken in low part then add rice then once again repeat.the frame will low..

Then add fried onion colour rice and ghee also on the top..

Add the kawra pani and rose water.close the handi by a cloth then put the lid on the handi.

Leave the handi for 15 min and vepar made the rest biriyani.give a nice aroma.

After then open handi and off the gas switch and turn the rice and chicken from top to bottom.
