  1. First boiled rice with all the above spice with ghee.

  2. For saffron rice gravy rice : take a pan add some ghee and than saute tomatoe and onion paste add salt, red chilli powder, termaric powder, Coriander powder and saute for 2 minutes and last add boiled rice 1/3 portion.

  3. For green gravy rice: take a pan heat some ghhe add chopped garlic and palak paste add salt and termaric powder, and green chilli for spicy state saute all this till pan realise ghee and last add another 1/3 portion of rice and put a side.

  4. For white rice : add grated paneer in to white rice which is left our 1/3 portion..

  5. Now making a triranga first take a small bowl pour saffron rice first next layer white rice layer and last green rice layer. After that put servings plate and turn it.
