Prepare 3 Cups of rice.

It’s 1 cup of urad dal.

Prepare 1 cup of poha.

Prepare 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds.

Prepare 3 of onions.

You need 2 of tomatoes.

It’s 100 gm of paneer.

It’s Half cup of sprouts.

Prepare as required of green chilli.

You need Handful of Fresh Coriander leaves.

You need sa per taste of salt.

Prepare as required of water.
Low in fat but high in flavours.

The uttapam should be thick like regular uttapams.

Healthy Uttapam instructions

For batter - grind rice, urad dal, poha and fenugreek seeds..

Keep the mixture overnight or 7-8 hours to ferment..

After fermentation add salt. Add water as per required consistency..

Cut onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander. Grate paneer. Take sprouts and add all above ingredients, add salt, little jeera powder and mix them well..

Spread batter on tawa and spread above mixture on uttapam. Add oil or butter on sides of uttapam. Cook it from both the sides. And serve hot with sambar & chutney..

I made red chutney with dry red chillies, chana dal, coconut, onion, garlic and tamarind..
Repeat the same process for the rest of the batter.
Note - Oats Uttapam is very flimsy, so handle it gently while.
