  1. Grind dried coconut and sugar seperate in mixer grinder.

  2. Take mixing bowl and add all purpose flour, semolina, coconut, sesame seeds and clarified butter, rub the ingredients well.

  3. Now add sugar and green cardamom powder and make soft dough by adding little by little milk. Cover the lid and keep aside for 30minutes..

  4. Take handful dough and roll it direct on kitchen platfom. Before rolling the dough dust all purpose flour on platform and on that flour you can roll the dough easily. Do not roll it thin, roll the dough into 1/2cm..

  5. Take out the biscuits size round shape pieces from rolling dough by using round cookies cutter..

  6. Heat oil in deep wok and deep fry all meethi tikiyan till it turn into golden. Take it out on absorbing paper, let them cool on room temperature..

  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on all over tikiyan and serve this meethi tikiyan in breakfast or in teatime..
