Mash the paneer in a bowl.Add 1 tsp sugar, 1tsp flour, garam masala powder, salt.Keep it aside..

In a kadai heat 2-3 tsp mustard oil.Add asafetid,ginger paste, turmeric powder.Saute for few seconds.Then add the boiled & mash dal..

Add salt & sugar.Fry until the dal comes out from the ages of the kadai.Keep it in a bowl..

Add the dry roasted cumin & red chilli masala or bhaja masala to the dal.Mix it well..
