Reserve the whey for use in any gravy.Add black pepper,flour,chaat masala,salt and sugar to taste.Also add flour and pinch of garam masala and mash well.Soak chana dal overnight and grind to a paste with minimum water.Add little turmeric, ginger paste,roasted cumin powder,garam masala,chat masala, salt and sugar to taste and mash well..
