Cheela with hari chutney step by step

  1. Soak the dal for few hours and grind it into a coarse paste.

  2. Mash the paneer and add fried onions, tomato, chopped chilli and salt. Mix it well and keep aside to use as filing.

  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, Jeera powder and chilli powder into the dal paste and mix it well.

  4. Heat a non stick pan and spread some oil on it. Take a laddle full of the dal mix and spread it on the pan.

  5. Slowly turn the cheela to let the other side cook.Once it turns golden brown remove onto a plate.

  6. Fold the cheela into half and add the paneer filing between them. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy.
