Spring rolls, delicious fried dim sum filled with vegetables and meat, are a traditional festival food, popular at Chinese New Year and around the world.
They are popular around the world, but especially in regions south of the Yangtze River.
Spring rolls have lots of transformation in recent days, both in shape and filling.

Ingredients of Kanya 's Spring Rolls

It’s 2 packages of Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces.

It’s of stuffing.

Prepare 1 head of Cabbage / cleaned and shredded.

It’s 2 of Chicken breast / thin sliced.

You need 200 grams of Minced pork.

It’s 5 slice of Ham / sliced.

It’s 1 each of Tofu / thin sliced.

It’s 150 grams of Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut.

It’s 150 grams of Bean sprout.

You need 1 clove of Garlic / minced.

Prepare 1 head of Onion / sliced.

You need of seasoning.

Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.

You need 3 tbsp of Soya sauce.

Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.

Prepare 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.

You need 2 bunch of Spring onion / chopped.

Prepare 3 of Eggs / large size.

You need 1 tbsp of Mix black and white sesame.

Prepare 1 tsp of Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing.

Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water.

In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.

Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well.

Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish.

On deep fry 180°F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :).
