  2. It’s 4 cup of buttermilk.

  3. You need 1 of no onion chopped.

  4. Prepare 1 of no tomato chopped.

  6. Prepare 2 of green chilli chopped.

  7. It’s 1 tbsp of mix chana-urad dal.

  8. You need 8-10 of kaju.

  9. It’s 2 of whole dry red chilli.

  10. It’s 3-4 of curry leaves.

  11. You need 1/2 tsp of rai or jeera.

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera when the seeds crackle add the curry leaves,red chilli,mix dal saute for a few seconds..

  2. Then add kaju onion garlic saute for 3minutes..

  3. Then add tomatoes and saute, then add all masala mix well..

  4. Then add buttermilk and boil..

  5. Add leftover khichdi and mix well..

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with papad..
