  13. You need 1 pinch of black & white pepper.

  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic sea salt.

  15. It’s 4 cup of white flour.

  16. It’s 3 large of egg whites.

  17. Prepare 3 cup of canola oil.

  18. You need 1 each of jalapeno or 1 small jar/can pre cut.

  1. in mixing bowl put all dry ingredients . make sure to save 2 of the taco seasoning packets.

  2. wash fish and dry with paper towel . lay clean fish on a piece of wax paper on counter..

  3. take the none spicy packet of taco seasoning mix and lightly rub in to fish fillets. flip and repeat on other side..

  4. put egg whites in to a pie pan so that you can cover the fillets in the wash. place back on wax paper..

  5. next remix dry ingredients and one at a time bread fillets. once they have been lightly breaded lay on clean wax paper. cut up green onion, tomato, jalapeno and lettuce. put aside in fridge..

  6. turn on stove top burner to med-hi use large deep frying pan and add oil wait for oil to get very hot before using or it will be soggy and gross.

  7. fry fish until golden brown on both sides. place cooked fish on a broiler pan and store in a warm oven until all fish is ready to be used.

  8. while frying fish take the last packet of 1/2 taco seasoning, 1/2 ranch packet, and all sour cream and mix together. add the rest of the seasonings as needed for taste. this is your main sauce for tacos. put in fridge until ready to use. nasty when warm!!.

  9. Almost there: now in a large shallow frying pan add about 2cups of used oil heat on med-hi. place tortilla in it to brown each side to a nice crispy texture. repeat to all tortillas being used. do not make extra as each tortilla should be freshly fried before serving..

  10. place fried tortilla on a plate fill one side with cheese, place fish fillets (Cut or torn) onto cheesy side, add lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeno and sour cream mix, and salsa fold in half and get ready for a taste explosion in your mouth!!! ENJOY..
