  1. Crisp the salami in a pan. Sauté the cubed onions in the salami fat..

  2. Mix sliced avocado and tomato. Add mayonnaise,S and P, lemon grass fresh/ paste, Koriander paste/fresh, lemon juice and the sautéed onions. Mix well!!!.

  3. Crack the eggs into small cups. Add the vinegar and the salt to the boiling water. Stir and slowly put the egg inside. Wait for 3 minutes then pull your egg out. Dry your egg on a tissue paper..

  4. Toast the bread till it’s nice and crispy. Put the salami on the bread then the egg. At last put the sauce!!!.

  5. Enjoy 😊.

I find that they keep me full for much longer than any other type of breakfast.
