Easiest Way to Prepare Appetizing Lobongo Lotika

Easiest Way to Prepare Appetizing Lobongo Lotika Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Lobongo Lotika. Lobongo lotika, like mishti shingara and goja, is a flaky, deep-fried, sugar-syrup-coated pastry. Like the mishti singara, it is also filled with kheer. But what gives lobongo lotika its whimsically poetic name is the fact that the kheerenvelopes, once folded, are sealed with a single clove (lobongo).
The dough is then folded to enclose the filling completely and cloves are pressed over it to ensure that the fold doesn't open up while preparing.
Then it's cooked in hot ghee until golden brown and crispy. "Lobongo lotika" it's fanciful name is enough to prove its richness and taste.
Clove is known as lobongo; this can be one of the reason for it's whimsically different name.
